20 milliliters of chamomile oil
30 grams of olive oil
30 grams of coconut oil
30 grams of jojoba oil (you can find it in any pharmacy)
5 grams of oregano
½ of grapefruit
And ½ of orange
First what you have to do is to squeeze both orange and grapefruit and then add all the ingredients.
After you did that stir these ingredients until they become a homogeneous mixture. If you don’t have jars, buy them, because you should put these ingredients into small jars.
Make sure that your jars are small, because if you want to quit smoking as soon as possible, you should take them with you wherever you go.
Remember this: Whenever you feel like you should light a cigarette, use this syrup and rub it under your nose. You can do this with a tissue.
Also you should drink at least two liters of water and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, because they will be of great help.
